The high quality of machining and manufactured parts requires efficient, accurate and reliable measurement control. These tasks are carried out on the basis of the Measurement Room organized in a separate air-conditioned room in which the normal temperature is maintained.
The measurement room is equipped with in:
- measurement chamber equipped (among others) with a CNC measurement machine with the range of 1200x650x500, maximum weight of an object 700kg
- by default we perform control measurements with most measuring services done for our clients
- commissioned measuring tasks
- reverse engineering tasks – recreating part documentation based on nature measurements
As a standard, we perform control measurements and reports for the majority of machining services performed for our clients.
In addition, we carry out commissioned measurement works and reverse engineering tasks – recreating the documentation of parts based on natural measurements.
