Injection Molding
Grinding is a type of machining with an abrasive tool (grinding wheel), used to finish flat and cylindrical surfaces. Abrasive treatment of the surface allows for a very good accuracy of shape and dimensions, with a roughness in the range of Ra0.32 – Ra1.25. It is most often used for finishing steel semi-finished products after heat treatment and sharpening cutting parts subject to wear (dies, punches).
It is also possible to shape the carbide parts, of course using suitable grinding wheels.
All treatments are carried out with the use of precision grinders and abrasive tools.
